This year, we are proud to support Family Programs Hawaii, a dedicated non-profit that uplifts keiki in foster care. This holiday season, they are seeking $25 gift cards to Target or Walmart for teens and tweens.

We warmly invite you to bring a gift card to help provide these children with a little joy during the holidays—something they might not otherwise receive. A donation like this allows teens to choose something special for themselves, whether it’s a small treat, a personal item, or an everyday necessity they need. Your generosity helps ensure that every child can experience a sense of normalcy, care, and holiday cheer, even if their circumstances are challenging.

What To Expect 📸

We’re thrilled to invite you to our Annual Island Living Homes Client Photo Event! A complimentary mini photo session created exclusively for our amazing clients! This year’s photos will take place at beautiful Bellows Beach, the perfect backdrop to capture holiday portraits or simply preserve this year’s special family memories. This is a public beach at Bellows—no military ID or special access is required.

Each family will enjoy a 15-minute mini session, and you must RSVP for the timeframe that best fits your day. Since a few clients may arrive around the same time, please allow for a short 15-minute grace period while waiting your turn. Our Island Living Homes team, including your favorite agents, will be there to help with lighting and shade to make sure your photos look their best.

As time slots fill up, we’ll remove those options from the schedule to ensure everyone who signs up has a full mini session with minimal wait time. ⏰

Make It Festive (If You’d Like!) 🧑🏼‍🎄🎄

Although this event is our annual “Holiday Minis,” we’ll be photographing in a natural beach setting without a holiday-themed backdrop. If you’d like to add a little festive flair, you’re welcome to bring your own props, think Santa hats, reindeer antlers, a small wreath or garland, matching holiday outfits, or a cozy plaid blanket. These touches add a bit of personality and fun while keeping your photos timeless.

Session Details & Photo Delivery 💌💻

After your session, feel free to stay and enjoy the beach or head out if you need, no pressure to hang. We’ll have light snacks and refreshments available and a relaxed, easygoing atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

Your finished photos will be delivered in a private online gallery, where you can download high-resolution images (perfect for prints and holiday cards) as well as web-size versions (great for social media and sharing).

As photo day approaches, we’ll share additional details, including parking information and helpful tips, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
