Who doesn't love a  great investment property? We do, and we are ecstatic to have Denice on our team. When it comes to anything vacation rentals she’s the girl to ask.

She started in the business by selling time shares in the early 2000s. When she and her husband were selling the Marriott property in Ko’Olina they smartly bought their (frist) condo that would begin their vacation rental business at The Beach Villas Ko’Olina, not only for the units they own, but other property owners as well.

This Venezuelan born, German educated economist, travel loving girl found herself in Hawaii like most of us do, our love for adventure, hiking and the outdoors.

When she’s not busy managing her clients properties or teaching others about the benefits or fractional ownership, second homes and vacation rentals you’ll find her on the soccer fields with her boys or exploring new places.

Her dream day would start with a great cup of coffee and a good book followed by quality time on the beach with friends and her boys. Of course you’ll find latin music playing, with fish and veggies for dinner! Oh and don’t forget the vino.

Kindness and honesty are her keys to success and what she wants to be remembered for!
