O'ahu Real Estate: October's Insights
Oʻahu’s housing market in October 2025 recorded steady single-family home sales and modest gains in condominium activity. Single-family home sales were flat year-over-year with 261 transactions, while condominium sales rose 9.4% from 405 to 443.


O'ahu Real Estate: September's Insights
September of 2025 ended with rising sales for Oʻahu’s housing market. Single-family home sales jumped 27.2% year-over-year in September, to 276 sales, and 6.1% for the quarter. Condominium sales increased 11.5% to 408 last month and were up 2.8% compared to the third quarter of 2024.


O'ahu Real Estate: August's Insights
Buyers in the single-family home market were particularly active in August, with pending sales jumping 28.5% year-over-year to 302—the highest monthly total so far this year. Pending condo sales were steady, slipping just 1.0% with 406 contract signings.

O'ahu Real Estate: July's Insights
Oʻahu’s housing market saw some modest adjustments in July, with year-over-year single-family home sales down 7.4%, while condo sales remained flat. Single-family homes recorded 249 sales compared to 269 a year ago, and condo sales held steady at 389 units. Year-to-date, total sales volume remains 2.9% behind 2024 levels for single-family homes and 5.1% behind for condos.


O'ahu Real Estate: June's Insights
Active inventory of single-family homes rose 5.3% from a month ago, while condo active inventory inched down 0.5%. Compared to the same time one year ago, both the single-family home and condo markets offered more active listings, up 31.9% and 47.0% respectively. June ended with 861active single-family home listings and 2,542 active condo listings.
