Nicole Balick

Nicole spent the past 20+ years working in the Film and TV industry until deciding to move to Hawaii with her wonderful husband, three beautiful, lively children, and two hysterical dogs. She quickly fell in love with Kailua and met the amazing team of women at Island Living Homes who inspired her to take her creativity and zest for life into real estate.

Nicole has always had a passion for community service and supporting organizations that help families and children. Whether it’s volunteering at the Hawaii Food Bank, filling backpacks for kids for back to school, or “adopting” a family at Christmas, she always knows the most important thing in life is to support one another and to give back through service or even just a smile.
