Scott King is a seasoned real estate consultant, developer, and investor who brings over 25 years of leadership and management experience from a distinguished career as a U.S. Navy Civil Engineer. Throughout his military service, Scott led complex construction and facilities management programs, overseeing multi-billion-dollar infrastructure portfolios and managing large, diverse teams across global locations.

His expertise in project management, strategic planning, contract negotiation, and asset oversight seamlessly translates into his real estate career, allowing him to navigate complex transactions with precision and a strong focus on value creation. Scott’s disciplined approach and attention to detail, honed through decades of military leadership, provide a significant advantage in the competitive residential and multifamily real estate markets of Hawaii.

Scott holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
