But if they were open to investing about $50,000 in targeted updates, we believed we could confidently list in the $1.6Ms and go above.
They trusted our process completely, moving into a nearby rental so we could get to work.Using our Strategic Home Improvement Plan (SHIP) framework and our trusted ILH contractor team, we gave this home a full refresh:
- Installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout for a cohesive look.
- Added fresh interior and exterior paint to brighten every space.
- Updated the bathrooms with new vanities, mirrors, and modern lighting.
- Painted dark trim white and created a feature wall in the primary suite for a designer touch.
