Being a 100% referral based business out goal is to go above and beyond for our clients. The fact that you guys nominated us over 18 times for the Aloha Aina Awards this year speaks volumes that we accomplished this goal.
As a boutique firm we practice what we preach and this year our agents not only purchased personal homes but investment properties as well with over 12 doors purchased in 2021.
We were also able to impact our community just a little bit more this year by adopting 23 people to sponsor at Christmas, contributing school supplies to teachers' classrooms around the island at the start of the school year and taking periodic letters of support and love to residents at the Wilson Retirement home during this isolating time, on top of all of us volunteering time to our children's schools, and local charities we hold near and dear to our hearts.
For me personally, its was not only a fantastic year of helping families achieve their real estate goals, but a big milestone in the volunteer world. Since 2005 I've given countless hours to the National Association of REALTORs helping protect property rights for you and working with our members to ensure affordable housing exists. In November I was given the honor of becoming the 2022 Vice President of NAR for Association Affairs.
What will 2022 bring?
Hopefully more inventory! Being a seller in todays market is SMART. Buying while interest rates are low is SMART. We are excited to expand our community outreach with a Wahine Habitat for Humanity Build, Lobsters for Schools Charity event and a long over due face to face client social.
