1. Beach Clean Up With Sea Life Park & Nonprofit 808 Cleanups.


Saturday, April 22, 8:00am-10:00am


Location: Directly across from Sea Life Park along beautiful Kaupō Beach.


Sea Life Park Hawai‘i and Nonprofit 808 Cleanups welcome the community to a beach cleanup event in honor of Earth Day 2023. This beach clean up begins at 8:00am and will be followed by an Earth Day celebration at 10:30am with music, craft beer, activities, and more at Sea Life Park! Additionally, the first 100 participants in this beach clean up will be eligible to enjoy FREE admission to Sea Life Park Hawai‘i for the remainder of the day (until 4pm) to engage with the park’s many presentations and programs promoting marine conservation and education. 2. The Honolulu Zoo Society’s “Party For The Planet.”


Saturday, April 22nd 10:00am-2:00pm


Location: The Honolulu Zoo at the Stage Lawn.


The Honolulu Zoo Society is throwing a “Party For The Planet” in celebration of Earth Day. There will be interactive booths, presentations, entertainment, demonstrations, and many other games & activities, perfect for the whole family to enjoy! 3. The Bishop Museum’s Science & Sustainability Festival.


Saturday, April 22nd 9:00am-3:00pm


Location: The Bishop Museum in Honolulu, Hawaii.


This Earth Day event brings together Museum scientists, educators, cultural practitioners, and community partners to highlight the ongoing work needed to protect biodiversity and build a sustainable future in Hawai‘i. In addition to the many different Keiki activities, workshops, special presentations, and more going on within the Museum, there will also be music & performances with food & drink from vendors on the Museum Lawn. 4. Sustainable CoastLines Hawaii's Earth Day Clean Up Festival.


Sunday, April 23rd 9:00am-12:00pm


Location: Waimānalo Beach Park.


Join the Sustainable Coastlines Hawai’i team Sunday, April 23rd from 9am-12pm for their annual Earth Day Cleanup Festival! This event is full of exciting activities including Sustainable Coastlines Hawai’i’s biggest beach cleanup ever, restoration activities, live music, workshops, vendors, games (for all ages), and more! 5. Kailua Beach Clean Up: Many Local Kailua Businesses.


Sunday, April 23rd 9:00am-11:00am


Location: Kailua Beach Park, Kite Beach Area.


Join Kailua Beach Adventures, Kailua Windsports Association, Twin Islands, Seed World, Bob's Pizzeria, Vermilli & Protea Zero Waist for an Earth Day Beach Cleanup at Kailua Beach! 6. “I Love Kailua” Town Party.


Sunday, April 23rd 11:00am-4:00pm


Location: Kailua Road


Taking place in the heart of Kailua Town, this annual fundraiser event is an all day street fair featuring artisans, crafters & community organizations, as well as plant sales, delicious food samplings from local vendors, and lots of entertainment for all ages.
