Island Living Homes Annual Client Party 🎉🥃

This past September, our Island Living Homes ‘ohana gathered for one of our favorite traditions, our annual Client Appreciation Party. As a local boutique real estate company serving buyers and sellers across O‘ahu, we feel truly grateful for the people who allow us to be part of their homeownership journey. Our clients quickly become family, and celebrating these relationships is one of the most meaningful parts of what we do. Whether someone has purchased their first home on O‘ahu, sold a property to start a new chapter, or invested in island living long-term, we love staying connected throughout the year and giving back to the community that supports us.

This year, we hosted our celebration at Ko‘olau Distillery, a veteran-owned business in Kailua known for its handcrafted whiskey and warm, inviting atmosphere. The distillery offers everything from private events and whiskey tastings to trivia nights and live sports showings, making it a vibrant local spot we were proud to support. It felt like the perfect gathering place for our ILH ‘ohana to come together and enjoy an evening of good company and good vibes.

With live music from Ravi, who blended classic hits with local island favorites, the night felt relaxed, welcoming, and full of aloha. Guests enjoyed delicious food from Holy Hoagies, along with handcrafted drinks and plenty of laughter and conversation. Seeing familiar faces, reconnecting with clients who have bought or sold homes with us over the years, and meeting new additions to our community made the evening especially memorable.
