Thanksgiving Luau |

Nov. 1st.-30th, 2019


Location- Paradise Cove, Ewa Beach

Time – Pick up starts at 3:15 PM in Waikiki, Gates open at 5 PM

Cost – $85 to $170


Paradise Cove is not just another luau, it’s a full production with lots of activities and entertainment that some others tend to lack.  Kick off the afternoon with some Mai Tai’s and join in the celebration and festivities!


A Luau is a celebration for enjoying each other’s company, play traditional Hawaiian games, watching a Kalua Pork Imu ceremony take place, participate in a hukilau of pulling in a large fishnet from the ocean, listening to live local music, and being entertained throughout the night with many Polynesian and Hula performances.







Ko’olina Artfest | Nov 1st, 8th, 13th, 22nd & 27th, 2019


Location – Ko’olina Beach Lagoon #3

Time – 9 AM to 5 PM

Cost – FREE


HAA represents a broad range of artisans and hand crafters who produce many forms of art. These include jewelry, textiles, glass, pottery, photography, decoupage, leather work, collage, fine art painting, watercolor, wood carving, silk screening, soap and lotions, clay, and edible products, among others.


Head to Ko’olina beach lagoon #3 for a day of Hawaiian music and local art display & sale!  Along the arching sidewalk you find close to 40 artist displaying their artwork for viewing and sale…perfect for special gifts! 




Leeward Discovery Fair | Nov 3rd.


Location – Leeward Community College

Time – 9 AM to 3 PM

Cost – FREE


The annual Fair offers a family-oriented day of engaging educational interactive exhibits and great food booths. The fair is presented on Saturday, November 2 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Pearl City campus. Admission and parking are free.

Highlights of the fair are the more than 40 bustling hands-on learning activities for the entire family.

8th Annual Makahiki Festival & Ke’Aloha Hula Competition | Nov 9th


Location – Waimea Valley

Time – 9 AM to 3:30 PM

Cost - $5 to $10


Festivities start at 9am with the opening ceremony on the Main Lawn followed by an exciting coconut tree race. 

The rest of the competition brings a foot race, wrestling, rock lifting live music, food vendors, arts & crafts, Hawaiian games, and performances by halau at the Upper Meadow and the award ceremony at the Amphitheater. 


Admission into the Valley and festival is $5 for kama’aina and military adults, children and seniors. ID is required for discount.

This evening will feature their compositions of King Kalakaua performed by an array of professional musicians. There will be Hula Hālau from our community, local choirs, and classical quartets performing alongside the featured bands.

5th Annual KAIWI Coast Run & Walk

The Kaiwi Coast Run & Walk is a community oriented journey of approximately 4 miles along the coastal highway and is the only pedestrian race sanctioned for this area of O’ahu.
