Meet Toshi + Nolan

MAINLAND MOVE TO PARADISE

Like many families who move to Hawaii, Nolan and Toshi didn’t think that purchasing a home on Oahu was something they could do. Luckily, a friend referred them to Island Living Homes, and everything changed from there. No stranger to the island, Toshi was beyond grateful for military orders to Oahu. After all, her parents fell for paradise and retired here years ago. Kailua became home away from home, her favorite vacation destination to visit her parents. Nolan and Toshi would have never dreamed that Hawai’i would also become their true home.

Nolan flew in for a long weekend as Sarah had set up countless back-to-back viewings for two full days. “It was my first time buying a house, and Sarah made it an incredible experience.” Back in California with their toddler, Toshi felt like she was there herself. “Sarah took so many videos, not missing a single detail on any property. WELCOME HOME

When they arrived on the island to see their new home for the first time, Toshi fell head over heels with the big mango tree in the yard. It meant everything to the Grebb family to have a safe, joyful space for their daughter to grow up making memories. Toshi’s parents live five minutes away and can have a very active role with their daughter in these precious years. Nolan’s mother enjoys traveling to Oahu several times yearly, utilizing their additional ‘ohana suite for her extended stays. Kailua has proven to be the perfect fit for their entire ‘ohana.
